New Orleans mayor-elect Mitch Landrieu has appointed two Levees.org staffers to his Transition Team.

H.J. Bosworth Jr. PE, research director for Levees.org, and Sandy Rosenthal, founder and executive director of Levees.org will serve on the Flood Protection Subcommittee of the broader Flood Protection and Coastal Restoration Task Force.

The Flood Protection Subcommittee will be chaired by Stephen Rosenthal, founder of the Flood Protection Alliance. The Coastal Restoration Subcommittee will be chaired by King Milling, Chairman of America’s Wetland Foundation.
