Today, Levees.Org showed the citizens of New Orleans and the whole nation that the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) shall not bully and shall not intimidate a fledgling non-profit and a bunch of high school kids out of exercising their First Amendment rights!
Today, at a press conference in the Lakeview neighborhood in New Orleans, in the face of threatened legal action, Levees.Org rejected a demand by the ASCE to cease and desist and returned its controversial levee video to YouTube for public viewing.
It is good to have it back up and actively promoted by Levees.org.
