The former deputy director of Louisiana State University is suing the flagship university for wrongful dismissal. Dr. van Heerden says the US Army Corps of Engineers urged LSU to fire him for his criticism he leveled at the Corps after its levee system failed in August 2005.
LSU feared that federal funding was put in jeopardy so they fired him, says van Heerden. (LSU receives large federal grants from the Corps.)

In all of the complaining about “They did This, and They did that”
From blaming the corporations to saying that LSU Fired Ivor, I keep wondering and asking why such anonymous finger pointing without targeting the individuals that are at the forefront of the question.
By tHat I mean WHO is the LSU that fired DR.Ivor? Who are the corporations that did this or that?
People work for and within these institutions someone must be able to be identified and interrogated?
We who want to get to the bottom of the problem are never given or can find out the train of command to direct questions to.
SO I get very perturbed at the attention people put toward the problem but have no way to get answers.

That is why Ivor van Heerden is filing lawsuit – to find out WHO at LSU fired Dr. van Heerden and who are the corporations that did this or that. That is the only way you will get the answers you want and deserve.
