Thanks to a finely tuned campaign, our newest Public Service Announcement, a student-made video, has earned 14 honors in 24 hours and earned a spot on the home page of YouTube in all categories.

This PSA, a spoof, illustrates how the US Army Corps of Engineers had too much influence and control over the official levee investigation and also over the expert review panel convened by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
