Today, the founder of Levees.org spoke to a group of twenty broadcast journalists from South Korea who are in town to learn about disaster management in the U. S. and the role of the media.

The group met at the site of the nearly completed Open Air Levee Exhibition and Garden at the site of the east London Avenue Canal breach. (The background noise in the video above is caused by construction at the site.)

The visitors program is arranged through New Orleans Citizen Diplomacy Council, a nonprofit that arranges professional programs for international leaders who come to New Orleans on U.S. State Department and other programs.
